What has been the biggest overall lesson that going to college has taught you?

That taking care of yourself both mentally and physically will go a long way in helping be a better person.

What did you learn about yourself?

That it is ok if you don’t succeed or accomplish that one thing you really want. Taking your time to do things right, learning throughout the process and learning from your mistakes is already a win.

2020 & 2021 were extremely challenging under the confinement and constant menace of the Covid-19 pandemic. Hopefully there were some silver lining and lessons learned.
Tell us about the highlights or accomplishments of this academic year 2020/21, in spite of all!

Graduated debt free!

Thinking of the whole 4 years, what were the greatest challenges you faced? How did you overcome them?

My biggest challenge was making time to take care of myself with how busy and stressed I had been the entire time. I learned that taking care of yourself will give you better outcomes. For example, eating right will help you think better.

What were your proudest accomplishments or highlights from attending college?

New skills: study habits, Dean’s list, graduation

If you could go back in time 4 years ago, what would you tell your 18 year old self? If you could do-over, what would you do differently?

That college is much more difficult than high school and that you must study 10 times more, efficiently!

What advice would you give to an incoming freshman?

Take your time to find good study habits, it will go a long way!

Now that you have graduated, have you formulated any new short term / long term goals?

I would like to go to Law School in the long term

How did being a Bella Scholar contribute to the success of achieving your goals?

Bella Scholar has pushed me to do my best in order to graduate
