Community College Transfer Bella Scholarship

The Community College Transfer Bella Scholarship will start running for the academic year 2024/25.

It was created to support students who have been studying at a California Community College and want to transfer for their last 2 years to a 4-year college or university, preferably a California State University or University of California. Private schools are accepted, as long as special consideration is taken by the student to avoid college debt.

The Bella Scholarship will grant a 2 year scholarship payable to USC or UC, or private college/university. The funds are meant to go towards your tuition, room & board, books, fees and college expenses.. Any surplus in funds after tuition and fees are paid, can be issued to the student for other college expenses not covered by tuition.

Foreign born students or out-of-state students may also be eligible to receive a Bella Scholarship while attending CSM if they have special circumstances and the need for financial assistance to meet tuition costs.

All scholarship recipients will need to provide quarterly or end of semester transcripts in their first year  and annually thereafter in order to qualify for a continuing scholarship.

Applications will open in Spring 2024.
