Don't worry about failure, use those failures as a moral lesson, because in life it is all about moving forward. Take your time and learn everything step by step cause accomplishments comes in slow.

If you ever feel like giving up, always remember why you started.

What advice would you give to an incoming freshman?

First step is always the hardest, but don't worry it gets easy after.

If you could go back in time 4 years ago, what would you tell your 18 year old self? If you could do-over, what would you do differently?

I would've gone to CCSF to finish my GEs because I was unsure about the major I was enrolled in, and I switched major on my spring semester of sophomore year. That's the reason why I was behind with some units for a semester due to seasonal classes for my newly chosen major.

I could've saved money by going to CCSF.

How did being a Bella Scholar contribute to the success of achieving your goals?

They paved a path for me to achieve my goal.

Now that you have graduated, have you formulated any new short term/ long term goals?
What did you learn about yourself?

I learned that art was really my passion that's why I left business management

What was the greatest challenge you faced? How did you overcome it?

Writing a 15 page research paper for my Graduate Writing Assessment Requirement class.

I overcame this challenge by planning the structure of my paper ahead of time, I got help from my mentor for revisions and also using my professor's office hours if I had a question about a topic that I didn't understand.

What were your proudest accomplishments or highlights from attending college?
  • I learned how to weave fabrics.

  • I finally took my first art class.

  • I got accepted to one of the most impacted majors at my school.

Short term goal is to intern for clothing brands.

For long term goals I'm trying to work for a major fashion brand
