Perseverance and a thought out plan can help me push through challenges.

What did you learn about yourself?

I learned that I am good at creating schedules to delegate my time to achieve my goals.

Tell us about the highlights of this academic year 2020, or accomplishments.

A highlight of this academic year is that I have noticeably improved my performance in classes when compared to my first year.

What advice would you give to an incoming freshman?

I advise incoming freshmen to take advantage of all resources available to help them in their classes because many people are more than happy to help.

How did being a Bella Scholar contribute to the success of achieving your goals?

It helped alleviate me of financial burdens so that I could focus on succeeding.

Now that you have graduated, have you formulated any new short term/ long term goals?

My short term goal is to look for work in my field.

My long term goal is still not solid but I am thinking about possibly continuing to graduate school if it would benefit me.

What was the greatest challenge you faced? How did you overcome it?

The greatest challenge I faced was finals.

 

I overcame this challenge by planning out my schedule so that I would not be overwhelmed.

If you could go back in time 4 years ago, what would you tell your 18 year old self? If you could do-over, what would you do differently?

I would tell myself to rely on others for help, which was something I did not appreciate until later on.

What were your proudest accomplishments or highlights from attending college?

My greatest accomplishment is graduating in about 4 years even after falling slightly behind.
